Refund Policy
Why
The fee you pay is a consultancy fee for access to our analysis for the period you buy. Once your payment is confirmed, your plan starts straight away and the analysis is available to you, so it cannot be returned. Whether the picks win or lose is not a reason for a refund: we do not guarantee any result.
Before you pay
- Check the plan, the period (1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 1 year) and the price on the plan screen.
- Plans do not renew automatically, so you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy again.
- The free picks and the jackpot match lists are open to everyone, so you can see our work before you buy.
If something went wrong with a payment
If you were charged but your plan did not start, or you were charged twice for the same plan, email us at rutashubanyumanestory@gmail.com with your account email, the date and time of the payment and the order or transaction reference from your payment message. We will check the payment, and if the error is ours or the payment system's, we will put things right by giving you the plan or the extra time you paid for, not by refunding money.
